In a way, the spirit of this work is to look at and reflect upon certain depictions of the plant world and botanical elements in the history of art, and to observe the various stages through which the image takes shape, without focusing exclusively on the final form of the work.

The concept of the world of ‘Nature’ as a collective and cultural concern, rather than as an individual, redemptive and privileged endeavour intended to compensate for political and ideological shortcomings.
