I can’t separate the Urban as a distinct category; when I reflect on Nature, I envision architectural drawings. When I engage with a City, I perceive it primarily through its connections, its edges, its thresholds, and its underlying textures.

…I was born in a city and have always lived in cities; architecture, structures, and pathways are part of my very way of being. I can’t isolate the Urban as a separate category — when I look at Nature, I see the patterns of Architecture; when I work on a City, I perceive it primarily through its connections, its edges, its hinges, and its textures.
