Andreco’s artistic practice brings together two distinct facets: that of an environmental engineer (having conducted research for the University of Bologna, Columbia University and NASA) and that of a visual artist. His work is grounded in a solid scientific foundation, enabling him to tackle the crucial issues of our time: climate change, CO₂ emissions and social justice.
Through a mineral and geometric aesthetic inspired by natural materials, Andreco does not engage in propaganda, but creates powerful, evocative icons — spanning painting, sculpture and wall art — that bridge art, science and sustainability.
