It should be a right, not a privilege, for every person to have adequate shelter, health care, food, water and a safe place to call home.
Tracey Snelling, 2024
Inspired by the Human Safety Net’s mission to transform the lives of people living in vulnerable situations, Tracey Snelling has created this exhibition entitled About Us, which delves into pressing issues like poverty, inadequate housing, and community engagement. Through intricate small-scale sculptures, Snelling captures the essence of everyday life, from mundane moments to profound narratives behind closed windows.
The Communist Apartments sculptures were made in collaboration with Idan Levin. About Us was made with the support of Studio la Città, Verona.
